- Specific emphasis on holding the audience's attention with the correct use of handling slides
- How to introduce slides
- 'Death by PowerPoint' - how to avoid it
- How to create rapport between the presenter, the client and the slides
- How to use slides to back up and support your points
- How to speak spontaneously and not read exactly what is on the slide
